Terms of service
Terms for working with Quiet Frontier.
These terms explain how enquiries, proposals, project work, delivery, retainers, intellectual property, and acceptable use are handled.
These Terms of Service apply to the Quiet Frontier website and to early project discussions unless a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, or other written contract says otherwise. Last updated 4 June 2026.
1. Who we are
Quiet Frontier is a custom software studio based in Australia. We design and build internal tools, portals, dashboards, automation, and workflow systems for businesses.
2. Website use
You may use this website to learn about our services and contact us. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its availability, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it aggressively, or use it for unlawful, misleading, or harmful activity.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require us to accept a project. Any project scope, timing, payment structure, ownership, support, and delivery obligations will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. Project fees and retainers
Projects are usually structured around a setup fee for the build and a flexible retainer after launch where ongoing support or improvement work is needed. Public package pricing is not listed because scope, support, risk, and business requirements vary.
5. Ownership and handover
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, ownership, licence terms, source code handover, hosting access, third-party accounts, and data handling are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software, open-source packages, fonts, services, and platform terms may continue to apply separately.
6. Confidentiality
We treat business workflows, operational information, credentials, customer data, documents, and non-public commercial details as confidential. If deeper protections are needed, we can sign a separate confidentiality agreement before detailed discovery.
7. Warranties and liability
The website is provided for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Project-specific warranties, remedies, liability caps, and exclusions should be set out in the written project agreement.
